2. Services Offered

We provide two main services:

  • Returned, Used, and Repaired Resale Business: Selling second-hand, refurbished, or repaired products.

  • Computer Design and Building Service: Custom computer design and assembly based on client specifications.

3. Sales and Transactions

All sales are final, with no returns or refunds allowed unless under special circumstances outlined below.

3.1 Special Circumstances for Returns or Refunds

  • Non-Functional Products: If a product arrives non-functional, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt. Upon confirmation, we will offer a replacement or store credit.

  • Major Defects Not Disclosed: If a product has a major defect that was not disclosed at the point of sale, you may request a return within 14 days for an exchange or store credit.

  • If delivered through Amazon Fulfillment, we operate under their return and refund policy.

4. Product Condition

All products sold are categorized as follows:

  • Used: Items that have been previously owned and show signs of wear.

  • Repaired: Items that have been repaired and are in fully functional condition.

  • Returned: Products returned to us by customers that have been tested and verified for resale.

Purchasers acknowledge and accept that used and repaired items may not be in pristine condition and may have minor aesthetic imperfections.

5. Warranty

While our products do not typically come with a warranty, we stand by the quality of our computer design and building service. We ensure that all components are thoroughly tested and meet our quality standards.

6. Payment Terms

All payments must be processed at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods, which will be listed at checkout.

7. Limitation of Liability

Technoquation is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product that gave rise to the claim.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
